As contributing editor for Infosecurity Magazine, he is the main moderator for UK/European audience webinars, and a regular moderator for the magazine’s popular, global, virtual conference events.
In addition Stephen has chaired a number of both industry and media round tables for clients, in fields including financial services, telecoms and technology.
As well as chairing and moderating panels and discussions, Stephen interviews key industry figures on stage on behalf of event organisers.
He is also the producer and presenter of the FT’s fortnightly Connected Business podcast, which covers business and technology.
Current commentary and guest speaking topics include the consumerisation of IT, mobile technology, information security, cloud computing, big data, green technology and how management is adapting to new ways of work.
On the media, Stephen mostly speaks about new developments in multimedia journalism and technology for journalists and broadcasters.
He speaks on trends in both technology and telecoms, and journalism and the media. He has chaired and moderated events for the Financial Times, GigaOM, Infosecurity Magazine and The Guardian.
Stephen moderates live and recorded events for a range of commercial companies and recently spoke at Mobile World Congress, on privacy and security, and was a guest on Radio 4’s PM programme, talking about 4G.
