Upcoming features: May-June 13: Computer Weekly and Infosecurity Magazine

Here are a couple of pieces where I’m looking for expert input:

Infosecurity Magazine:

Venture Capital Round-up: Who are the big players and what are they investing in?

This article will examine what venture capitalists/VC firms are investing in within the security market.

We’ll cover:

– What are the investment trends in the security space: are we seeing more or less when compared to previous years?

– What companies are being invested in, what do they specialize in, and what does this tell us about their potential?

– What do these capital investments tell us about the future of certain companies/technologies, and how can they be misleading?

Deadline for pitches: 9 5 13, 5pm BST

Computer Weekly:

HR Management Systems

We are looking for CIOs and heads of HR — or project managers who’ve worked on HR systems – to talk about what works, what doesn’t, and what the trends are for this type of IT.

If you have pitched before by all means resend your information, but do have a look at it in light of the above to see if there’s anything to add or update.

Deadline for pitches: 12 5 13, 9am, BST
