About Stephen Pritchard
A journalist for over 21 years, he now works as a broadcast presenter and producer, as well as as a writer.
Stephen’s main beats include technology, telecoms, science and the environment — as well as areas of broadcasting, the public sector and management — in video and audio, in print, and on the web.
He presents and produces the FT’s fortnightly Connected Business podcast, which covers information technology. He writes, presents and produces video reports for a wide range of media outlets.
Stephen also writes for a number of newspapers, including the Financial Times, the Guardian and Sunday Times. Over the years, his articles have appeared in most of the national press.
He speaks on trends in both technology and telecoms, and journalism and the media. He has chaired and moderated events for the Financial Times, GigaOM, Infosecurity Magazine and The Guardian.
He has moderated live and recorded events for a range of commercial companies and recently spoke at Mobile World Congress, on privacy and security, and was a guest on Radio 4’s PM programme, talking about 4G.
